Every once in a while, I'll be watching t.v. or a movie, and someone will say, "Hey, did you know he trains BJJ?" I find it fascinating to learn about people that are famous and accomplished, and have also incorporated Jiu Jitsu into their lives. It is the convergence of BJJ and pop-culture. With that in mind, I thought it might be fun to compile a list of celebrities that train Jiu Jitsu.
I will inevitably leave someone of the list, so if I have overlooked anyone, apologies in advance.
Ed O'Neil is a well accomplished actor. Best known for his role as Al Bundy in the television series Married...with Children and as Jay Pritchett on Modern Family . Ed has been training BJJ for over 20 years. Ed received his black belt in 2007.
