Damages:
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive. If you notice any damage, you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) arrive damaged, please send photos to orders@jitsuarmor.com.
Cancellations & Refunds
- Items may be returned within 30 days from the date your order is delivered for a full refund of the purchase price.
- We want you to buy with confidence, and want you to be happy with your purchase!
- Items may be returned, provided they have not been washed or worn.
- Any item that is returned with ripped, missing, or damaged packaging will be subject to a $15 restocking fee.
- Items returned in new condition will be accepted for a full refund of the purchase price.
- Shipping costs are not refundable.
- You must contact us before returning the product, and we will provide you with a return authorization number.
- We offer flat rate shipping on all products that we ship to you. If you are sending something back to us, you will be responsible for the return shipping.
